NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients.
You will identify and resolve incidents, restore services, and ensure SLA adherence through proactive incident handling and effective communication.
As part of a integral team, you will apply basic vendor tech knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed) and work on maintenance tasks, documentation, and incident escalation.
