Fair Wind is seeking a Head of Global Mobility to lead the integral mobility function across Spain, UK, Denmark, Poland and Germany. You will own end-to-end mobility lifecycle including assignments, relocations, immigration, tax and compliance, partnering with HR, Payroll and Legal.
This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution, to deliver globally compliant, employee-friendly mobility programs and exceptional experiences.
