In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers, while partnering closely with hiring teams across the business. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team that works together to bring the right people into GE Vernova and supports each other to get it right.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for roles across the business, building a strong and diverse talent pipelineManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer management, and related administrative workBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates, serving as their main point of contact throughout the hiring processExchange information clearly with internal stakeholders, asking questions and confirming understanding to keep everyone alignedResolve routine recruitment issues using established procedures, escalating more complex questions to your manager or senior colleaguesComplete accurate data entry and administrative work to keep recruitment systems up to dateWork with your HR colleagues to continuously improve how the team sources and selects talentQualificationsBachelor's degree, or a high school diploma combined with relevant experience in Human Resources, sourcing, or recruitingExperience in sourcing and recruiting,
