Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery (RAS) system and DS1 platform. You will provide remote technical support, act as liaison to HCP/SUS/FSE, and guide escalation and problem-solving across multiple regions.

The role requires strong technical background in biomedical/engineering disciplines, fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian, and willingness to travel for on-site training and support.
