Do you speak Spanish like a native and handle English with confidence? Join our Barcelona team and help travellers when it matters most.

What you'll do

Support airline customers by phone, resolving queries and handling sensitive situations with empathy and good judgement.

What we're looking for

✅ Spanish C1 or above (spoken and written)

✅ English B2 (spoken and written)

✅ Previous customer service experience, including high-volume calls

✅ Resilience, strong communication and decision-making skills

What we offer

? €1,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during your first year

? Performance bonus of up to €120 per month

? Full-time, 39 hours per week, on-site in Barcelona, with rotating shifts
