We are looking for a curious, motivated and talented German Insights Consultant to join our team in Barcelona.

We are looking for a professional who is eager to grow, challenge conventional thinking and contribute to projects that have a real impact on businesses and people.

What we are looking for

- A degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology or a related field.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English. Spanish is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, market research or a related field.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to go beyond the obvious, questioning assumptions and exploring different perspectives.
- A solid understanding of hybrid research methodologies, combining qualitative, quantitative and contextual inquiry approaches.




- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate research findings into meaningful insights that inform and inspire business decisions.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership and work independently in a self-directed environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a strong team spirit.
