About The Role

Join an innovative AI advertising project in Barcelona! As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and acquire new business clients, promote AI-powered advertising solutions, and drive sales growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and social selling.
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities.
- Understand clients' digital marketing needs and recommend AI advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with onboarding teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

- German C1 and English B2.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles.




- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of AdTech or AI platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive and target-driven mindset.
