In this role you will provide independent assurance and advisory support to Allianz Services, applying a structured audit approach to strengthen risk management, controls, and governance. You will help plan audits, evaluate processes and controls, and communicate findings to stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement. The position sits within a global, AI- and analytics-powered audit function that aims to enhance operational effectiveness. This is an opportunity to influence how risk and controls are managed across a large, international organization.

• Support detailed audit planning including scope, priorities, and timelines
• Conduct risk assessments and execute audit procedures per Global Audit methodology and standards
• Test workflows, systems, and controls to evaluate design and operating effectiveness
• Identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities based on evidence
• Prepare working papers, findings, and practical recommendations
• Assist in closing meetings and clearly communicate results to auditees and stakeholders
• Monitor remediation actions and assess remediation quality
• Advise business units on internal control and risk questions within audit scope




• Ensure compliance with audit policies and documentation requirements
• Suggest improvements in processes, documentation, and control design
• Use data analysis and digital audit techniques to support testing and insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in the audit team
Responsabilidades
• Good knowledge of audit processes and ability to apply them practically
• Understanding of internal controls, risk management, governance, regulatory expectations, and information security management
• Ability to perform tasks with guidance and increase independence over time
• Analytical thinking, data-mining, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving
• Strong communication xghoner to convey findings to stakeholders
• Professional curiosity, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Interest in IT, data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled audit techniques
• University degree in relevant field
• 1–3 years of relevant audit or risk-related experience
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CPA desirable
• Excellent English proficiency
