About the Role:
We are seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support for customers and partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless travel and accommodation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests and accommodation partners with bookings, modifications, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently with high attention to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex requests and payments.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic with excellent English.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
