In this role you will join the quality organization to ensure logistics activities meet AH POA requirements and airworthiness standards. You will oversee end-to-end processes from reception to delivery and monitor the performance of the LSP and AH staff. You will lead problem resolution, drive corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement within a cross-functional, safety-focused environment. This position offers exposure to multi-site surveillance and a chance to shape quality culture in aerospace logistics.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure compliance of incoming, storage and delivery processes with AH requirements
• Conduct operational surveillance of LSP activities and AH staff performing inspections
• Surveil logistic platform processes in Spain and potential cross-surveillance in France and Germany
• Supervise Operators performing inspection tasks and ARC issuance
• Provide day-to-day quality problem-solving support




• Lead corrective action plans with stakeholders
• Act as AH focal for logistics non-conformity handling and NC management boards
• Support NC treatment committees with KPI data and participate in periodic routines
• Support aviation safety and FOD network
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 5-10 years' experience in logistics (warehouse management, flows)
• 5-10 years' experience in aerospace Quality xghoner Systems (audit and surveillance)
• 5-10 years' experience in Quality Inspection (FAI, NC management)
• Experience in leading and developing people (team management) is an asset
• Tech University Degree/BSc in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering / Quality Competencies
