POSITION TITLE: International Sales Assistant

Reports To: Sales Manager

Position Purpose

Supporting international sales operations by coordinating market activities, managing sample logistics, and assisting in product development processes.

Essential Functions

- Prior to market, ensure the line is organized according to the general assortment being offered, with all changes clearly noted. Confirm that all dropped styles are removed. Manage communication and the full setup of the showroom to ensure readiness for market. Provide market materials to each AE for the corresponding season and division in a timely manner.

- Manage order timelines, market calendar, order entries, late adds, ATS, and updates as well as communicating changes in real time to international partners. Recap all international buys including best & slow sellers.
- Provide end‑to‑end product development support—from sample development to order entry— ensuring all style options and tech packs are accurately maintained.
- Maintain sample library/closet, create system to eliminate excess storage and file samples away after market.
