Reporting to the East Area Manager, we are looking for a talented and driven Key Account Manager CRM/EP to lead our business development across Catalonia, Aragon and Balearics.

Your mission will be as follows

You will be responsible for driving the growth and market positioning of our Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology portfolio, across key hospital accounts in your assigned Territory.

Working closely with physicians, hospital stakeholders and internal teams, you will develop and execute account strategies designed to deliver sustainable growth, strong customer partnerships and solid clinical recognition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned hospital accounts.
- Identify and capture growth opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
- Lead the expansion of CRM technologies and develop Electrophysiology business in a Territory full of opportunities.
- Consolidate relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, nurses, procurement teams and hospital management.




- Provide advanced clinical and technical support during procedures and implantations, leading by example.
- Deliver high-impact clinical and commercial presentations to customers.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to strengthen market position.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Manage sales forecasts, opportunities and performance objectives within your territory.

Your profile

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Electrophysiology.
- University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide advanced technical support during complex procedures.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- High level of autonomy, accountability and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strategic thinker with a strong drive to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
