At OYSHO, we are continuously evolving, blending performance, innovation and style to elevate our collection. We are looking for an Outerwear Design Manager to lead the development of our outerwear collection and bring a fashion-forward perspective to every product.

Your main responsibilities

- Lead the design development of the outerwear collection in line with the direction set by the Product Director.

- Guide and support your design team throughout the collection development process.

- Bring a strong fashion perspective to technical outerwear, balancing aesthetics, functionality and performance.

- Apply your knowledge of fabrics, trims, details, fit and garment construction to create relevant product proposals.

- Oversee the preparation and review of technical files for suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand standards for quality, construction and fit.

- Follow the development process with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the design intent is carried through to the finished garment.

- Present the collection and its vision to the Product Director.

What we are looking for

You bring a positive, proactive mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You also have:

- At least 6 years’ experience in outerwear design, including experience leading or coordinating a design team.

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, fit and technical details.

- Strong awareness of trends, brands, designers and catwalks, alongside a genuine passion for fashion and attention to detail.





- A clear creative point of view and the ability to turn collection direction into compelling product.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.

- Conversational Spanish is required to present the collection to the Product Director.
