Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. You will ensure data integrity, security, and process efficiency while collaborating with international teams and external vendors.

You will manage configuration across applications, support releases, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise value from Workday. Remote work in Spain or Portugal is offered, with UK-based management.
