We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Back End Node.js Developer to join our growing engineering team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications using Node.js, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. The idóneo candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, well-organized code that meets our high standards for quality and performance.

- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js and JavaScript, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Design and implement efficient database solutions, including schema design and query optimization
- Write clean, maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with front-end developers,



product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a systematic and organized manner
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure application stability and reduce bugs
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency
- Document code, APIs, and technical processes for team knowledge sharing and future reference
