Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Application Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of business applications supporting our global workforce. The role focuses primarily on endpoint-based applications and productivity tools used by end users, while also managing selected server-hosted and centrally operated business applications.

As part of the General IT organization, you will ensure the stability, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of application services throughout their lifecycle.

- Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned applications, from onboarding and deployment to retirement.
- Act as the primary IT contact for application owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.
- Ensure reliable daily operations, performance, and availability of business-critical applications.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Plan and execute application upgrades, patching, and release deployments.
- Manage software licenses, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of application management processes.
