Overview

In this role you will design and optimize AI-powered localization workflows to improve translation quality, content generation, and terminology adherence. You will oversee AI-enabled tools, testing prompts, and automated processes to drive scalable multilingual content. You will collaborate with Digital, IT, and business teams to govern AI-enabled localization and ensure responsible AI practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape how AI transforms localization at scale and across CMS, DAM, and TMS ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

- Design, deploy, govern, and optimize AI-powered localization solutions (machine translation, generative AI, prompts, autonomous AI agents)
- Manage machine translation platforms and AI-enabled localization technologies
- Design, test, and optimize prompts, retrieval strategies, and AI workflows for quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Build and maintain AI agents and automation workflows supporting multilingual content creation, localization, QA, and delivery
- Collaborate with Digital, IT, and business stakeholders to scale AI initiatives for localization transformation
- Identify opportunities to automate localization workflows via AI, APIs, and systems integrations across CMS, DAM, PIM, and TMS
- Develop and maintain localization standards, SOPs, governance, and best practices for AI-enabled processes
- Establish AI quality evaluation frameworks including automated quality scoring, LQA, terminology compliance, and linguistic monitoring
- Manage linguistic assets such as translation memories, terminology databases, prompt libraries, and AI training datasets
- Annotate and validate AI-generated/machine-translated content to create trusted multilingual datasets for model evaluation and improvement
- Analyze localization, quality, and AI performance metrics to inform ROI and strategic decisions




- Evaluate emerging AI and localization tech via proofs of concept and vendor collaborations to improve scalability, quality, and speed
- Troubleshoot localization tech, automation, and AI workflow issues with Digital and IT
- Support AI governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI practices in localization workflows

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Content, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of localization, language technology, content operations, or multilingual content management experience
- Hands-on experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and localization technologies
- Familiarity with machine translation, generative AI tools, LLMs, and AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience creating and refining prompts to improve AI-generated content quality and terminology compliance
- Interest in building or supporting AI agents, copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation
- Understanding of translation memory and terminology management and localization quality best practices
- Experience reviewing, evaluating, and annotating AI-generated or MT content
- Ability to analyze localization and quality data to identify trends and support improvements
- Familiarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, and related digital content platforms
- Experience supporting system integrations, workflow automation, or localization process optimization is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot localization tech and workflows
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration with Marketing, Digital, IT, and vendors
- Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI, automation, and localization tech
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
