Overview

In this role, you will drive critical supply growth for Preply’s tutor ecosystem, focusing on B2B and expansion into non-language subjects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale supply, improve liquidity, and raise quality and lifecycle readiness. You shape priorities, diagnose gaps, and implement end-to-end programs that support a high-quality tutoring experience at general scale. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, growth-driven culture that values AI-enabled optimization and measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

- Drive supply workstreams for growth areas, focusing on tutor coverage, liquidity, quality and lifecycle readiness
- Represent Supply in cross-functional planning to shape priorities, sequencing and launches
- Be the day-to-day Supply point of contact and escalate decisions as needed
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and deliver from diagnosis to rollout with cross-functional teams
- Identify major supply gaps and implement fixes (e.g., funnel drops for NLS vs language subjects)
- Strengthen the tutor lifecycle from onboarding to discoverability and matching




- Evolve tutor quality standards and guardrails for B2B and NLS
- Define success metrics and build dashboards for supply health with Data
- Propose opportunities by testing AI-enabled approaches
- Collaborate with B2B, Expansion, RevOps, Product, Data, Growth and other Supply teams

Requisitos principales

- 4-6+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, marketplaces or high-growth tech roles
- Proven project leadership with cross-functional rollout experience
- Structured problem-solving skills for breaking down ambiguous topics
- Program management across multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management with commercial, product and data partners
- Data-driven approach to sizing opportunities, defining KPIs and turning insights into action
- Ownership mindset and autonomous, issue-anticipating mentality
- Operational excellence with processes and guardrails to protect quality and reliability
- AI fluency and willingness to automate and improve processes

- Clear communication, written and verbal

- SQL and BI fluency (Looker)
