Overview

As the local HR Business Partner, you enable a positive employee experience and drive organizational change across four locations. You connect HR strategy with local business needs, collaborating with HR Operations and CoEs to ensure consistent processes for ~200 staff and 20–35 managers. You’ll shape workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives while supporting regional alignment and legal compliance. This role offers impact through people analytics, change programs, and cross‑functional partnership.

Responsabilidades

- HR ownership for ~200 employees across four sites
- Partner for 20–35 managers and backstop local leadership
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support strategy
- Lead workforce planning, headcount accuracy, and people analytics
- Cascade general/regional changes locally
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Lead union/works council relations and ensure legal compliance
- Promote health, wellbeing, and safety initiatives
- Deploy talent management programs (performance, development, succession, DE&I;, change)




- Support talent acquisition and salary/merit processes

Requisitos principales

- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- HRBP experience in industrial/manufacturing or multinational/matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and practical application
- Experience in employee relations, works councils, and union negotiations
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation
- Strong HR data analytics mindset and ability to use insights for decisions
- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and staff
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Business-oriented and strategic mindset aligning HR with business needs
- Resilient and calm under pressure; able to navigate sensitive situations
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
