In this role, you will lead global supply chain digitalization initiatives to improve data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical SCM processes and scalable digital solutions. Responsabilidades

- Develop and execute general SCM digitalization initiatives and roadmaps focused on data, governance, and regulatory alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives, milestones, and adoption targets
- Translate regulatory and business needs into concrete SCM processes, data requirements, and implementation plans
- Gather stakeholder feedback to iteratively refine digital solutions and ensure usability
- Ensure SCM digital processes, tools, and data flows comply with internal policies and global standards
- Identify risks, data gaps, dependencies, and barriers; implement targeted actions to mitigate them
- Define governance for SCM digital solutions and data requirements across product and material data




- Coordinate global initiatives with clear ownership across functions and regions
- Measure progress and drive actionable improvements; support communication, training, and adoption
- Collaborate with functions such as SCM, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sustainability, Trade, Compliance, and IT

Requisitos principales

- Degree in a related field (see background)
- Minimum 5 years in SCM, digital transformation, project management, operations, procurement, or data management
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in global or multi-site environments
- Strong understanding of SCM processes, product/material data, regulatory requirements, data quality, and governance
- Proficiency with project management tools; ERP, reporting tools, or workflow solutions is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to structure complex requirements into actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging multiple functions and levels
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
