Overview

In this role you will drive global HR services and outsourcing sourcing within Sanofi’s Procurement domain, shaping category strategies and supplier partnerships. You will support cross-functional teams to deliver savings, optimize supplier performance, and ensure compliant, consistent contracting across regions. You’ll manage data-driven analyses and market intelligence to guide sourcing decisions that enable global operations. Responsabilidades

- Lead integral RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for the HR category
- Monitor and report savings, performance, and risk across sourcing activities
- Provide operational sourcing support to Global Lead Buyer and Category Manager
- Drive data crunching and analysis (Excel, Power BI, Thinkcell) to generate insights




- Develop and maintain supplier management through business reviews and performance management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement category strategies and ensure compliance with global/local contracts
- Build and roll out sourcing tactics including Tail Spend Management across geographies
- Stay aligned with industry trends and benchmark against best practices

Requisitos principales

- 4 to 7+ years of procurement experience
- Master degree from an accredited university
- Fluent in English; French/Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Thinkcell
- Knowledge of procurement concepts (TCO, SRM, risk management, CSR, compliance)
- Negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
