Overview

In this role you will drive modernization initiatives as part of a MaaS practice, delivering production-ready tooling and AI agent workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to launch toolsets, validate results, and refine prompts to ensure reliable outcomes. You’ll apply your full-stack experience to build, deploy, and debug in production, shaping scalable modernization solutions. This position offers meaningful impact by advancing agent-based automation across business verticals.

Responsabilidades

- Launch modernization toolset

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve prompt issues
- Collaborate with modernization team to align with project goals and deliver high-quality solutions

Requisitos principales

- AI agents: experience with coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) as a primary coding approach; understanding of LLM agents,



including context, tools, planning, subagents, failure modes; ability to review agent output for errors/hallucinations
- Engineering background: 5+ years of professional software development; production-ready systems; SQL and graph data models (Neo4j); vector databases; Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; testing with unit/integration tests; TDD awareness
- Soft skills: ownership of an area from unclear problem to production; decision-making with incomplete information; rapid ramp-up in unfamiliar code/ domains; ability to explain decisions in writing and orally
