Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership, organizational, and strategic execution skills to join our team at LaFinteca. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, driving, and delivering key strategic and operational projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, optimize project management processes, and drive successful outcomes.

Your ability to establish structure, manage priorities, and proactively address challenges will be essential to supporting our continued growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Project Governance & Performance: Establish project plans, milestones, KPIs, and governance frameworks to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, clear ownership, and alignment across departments and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, providing regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, resource allocation, and performance.
- Project Management Tools: Oversee and optimize project management platforms such as Asana and Jira, ensuring workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures support effective project execution.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve project management methodologies, operational workflows, and governance practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Knowledge Management & Documentation: Oversee project documentation and knowledge management processes within Confluence, ensuring information is properly structured and accessible.

Required Skills

- Academic Background:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of leading projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive accountability across teams.
- Project Management Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and project governance frameworks. Experience within a PMO is highly desirable.
- Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Performance & Budget Management: Experience monitoring project KPIs, managing resources, tracking budgets, and ensuring efficient project execution.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, organizational skills, communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
