Overview

As Order Entry Executive you ensure accurate, timely processing of customer orders to support service levels for Iberia and general customers. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to manage orders, invoicing, export docs, and master data quality. You drive data accuracy and smooth order flows through ERP and EDI, contributing to continuous improvement in Order-to-Cash. This is a hands-on role in a globally active, sustainability‑minded beauty company where cross-functional collaboration matters.

Responsabilidades

- Process and validate customer orders via available entry channels
- Review automatic order-creation logs and resolve issues
- Maintain EDI points and support automated order flows
- Perform manual order entry and upload Excel files (WWFP)
- Handle order exceptions and portfolio modifications
- Process internal orders (samples and marketing)
- Prepare export documentation with Logistics and update invoices
- Send invoices to customers




- Identify and correct master-data issues
- Cancel/replace/add references to maintain clean order portfolio
- Support Front Office and Subsidiary Interface Managers
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives in Order-to-Cash

Requisitos principales

- Education: Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Order Entry or Sales Administration
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
- ERP systems experience (SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
