Overview

In this role you drive revenue by presenting Dentsply Sirona’s full product portfolio to major accounts, insurers, and large chains. You’ll build strategic relationships with decision-makers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape plans to win tenders and opportunities. You’ll steer the post-award process to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence while tracking KPIs to grow the DSO segment. This is an opportunity to influence key accounts in a integral leader shaping dental solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Engage directly with decision-makers at major accounts to influence buying decisions
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with marketing and sales, including positioning and forecasts
- Secure tenders and other opportunities through bid processes and commercial proposals
- Manage implementation of awarded tenders (project management, training, order fulfillment) across Marketing, Sales Support, Finance and Sales teams




- Define and monitor KPIs to drive DSO sales and share results with partners
- Stay informed on competitors and market developments
- Maintain ongoing relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Key Accounts, Customer Service and HR to align efforts

Requisitos principales

- Sales experience; sector knowledge is a plus
- University degree is an advantage
- Good level of English desirable
- High integrity and ethics
- Creative mindset with ability to generate disruptive ideas
- Knowledge of the channel and assigned territory
- Driving license and willingness to travel regularly
