Overview

As Fraud & Risk Project Manager, you will design and scale strategic anti-fraud initiatives to protect the Glovo platform across regions. You will translate complex risk insights into actionable roadmaps by partnering with product, engineering, data science, and operations. You’ll prioritize projects by financial impact and risk, balancing loss reduction with user experience and conversions. You will bring clarity to a multi-stakeholder environment while driving measurable fraud reduction and safer, smoother operations. Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of anti-fraud projects, tools, and processes across regions/marts
- Analyze fraud vectors and financial impact to identify platform vulnerabilities in customer, courier, and partner operations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deploy automated risk rules and detection systems
- Serve as main POC for regional/local teams,



consolidating country-level feedback into the roadmap
- Prioritize initiatives based on financial impact, risk exposure, and country needs to optimize resource allocation
- Define, track, and report key fraud metrics and KPIs to balance loss reduction with user conversions
- Design standardized incident response protocols and workflows for high-severity fraud events
- Evaluate external fraud prevention vendors and identity verification solutions to enhance security

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in operations management, project management, or fraud prevention within tech/e-commerce/on-demand platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with SQL, data visualization (Looker, Tableau), and quantitative risk analysis
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of payment processing, identity verification, account takeover, and promotion abuse mechanisms
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making under pressure
- Fluency in English; Spanish and French a plus
