As an Operations Manager within our Finance & Operations team, you'll play a key role in keeping Maisa's day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping us build smarter, more scalable ways of working as we grow.
You'll take ownership of recurring operations across employee onboarding and offboarding, Accounts Payable, vendor onboarding, expenses and corporate cards, and access provisioning. Manage recurring Finance Operations activities, including Accounts Payable, vendor onboarding, expenses and corporate card administration.
You’ll likely bring around 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations or a related hands-on operational role.
Experience owning at least one recurring operational process end to end, such as employee onboarding, Accounts Payable/Receivable, billing, procurement, vendor onboarding, expense management or access provisioning.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Experience building workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, Apps Script or similar no-code/low-code solutions.
Experience with identity, access or device-management processes.
Exposure to Spanish employment administration.




Experience with tools such as Personio, Revolut People, Okta, Jamf, Brex or DocuSign.
A degree in Business, Engineering, STEM or a related field is welcome, but it's not what will determine your success here.
