Overview

In this Software Operations role, you will manage software procurement activities and vendor relationships within a multi-cultural team driving digital transformation. You’ll ensure timely license deliveries, monitor invoices, and maintain data integrity across stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve process performance and partner satisfaction. Responsabilidades

- Purchase order management: create, modify, control and follow up on POs per SLA and vendor specifics
- Understand and align with vendor licensing programs; monitor license confirmations and on-time deliveries
- Manage invoicing follow-ups and resolve price discrepancies




- Internal/external account management with data accuracy and regular reporting
- Own key vendor metrics and incident resolution
- Analyze order quality by vendor and country; drive improvements and tool efficiency
- Coordinate with local teams and RiBS departments to ensure process performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead ad-hoc projects through to completion as defined by the Software Operations Manager

Requisitos principales

- Experience with SAP and BW
- MS Excel proficiency
- Proficient English; other languages (German, French, Italian) optional
- Strong purchasing management and problem-resolution abilities
- Excellent communication, customer-oriented mindset
- Analytical, organized with multitasking capability
