Overview

In this role, you will ensure accurate daily processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions and income payments to maintain timely position management. You will generate insights for Local Operations teams and support month-end closings. You’ll reconcile holdings and cash positions and help resolve routine operational issues, contributing to automation-driven performance. This is a collaborative, tech-enabled environment where you help sustain high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

- Process, post, and clear securities transactions and income payments daily
- Provide technical insights to Local Operations teams and deliver standard solutions
- Support timely month-end closing activities
- Periodically reconcile securities and cash holdings
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and manage incidents per policy




- Contribute to KPI targets and automation initiatives
- Coordinate collaboration across the team and develop expertise within the department

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or 2+ years in related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is preferred with 1+ years in related field
- 1/2 years practical experience in Investment Operations, Banking, or Insurance
- Fundamental knowledge of asset classes and markets

- Analytical problem-solving
- Relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Independent, self-organized teamwork with agile mindset
- Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional asset classes
- Automation experience and contributing to automation capability
- Familiarity with IA tools (AI/automation)
