Responsabilidades
- Own and scale a portfolio of strategic AC customers in the assigned territory with focus on long-term retention
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to meet revenue, market share, and profitability targets
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing
- Build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach and industry events
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders to uncover growth areas
Requisitos principales
- 5–8 years of proven B2B KAM or new business sales experience, preferably in EV charging, technical, or renewable energy sectors
- Hybrid seller capable of closing large new deals while growing partnerships
- Consultative, solution-selling approach for long sales cycles and multi-site deployments
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence C-level and technical decision-makers
- Data-driven with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and structured account planning
- Industry-savvy with understanding of the EV infrastructure landscape
