Overview of the Role

As a QA Engineer specializing in Supply Chain Execution (SD/MM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and integrity of order-to-deliver and inventory management processes for high-value, serialized stock. Your expertise in SAP SD/MM and logistics integration will be crucial in safeguarding supply chain performance during ongoing change and optimization initiatives, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Test end-to-end supply chain flows, including sales orders, deliveries, picking, packing, goods movements, stock transfers, returns, and boutique replenishment.
- Ensure precision and traceability for serialized, high-value inventory in all QA processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain regression and integration test suites to support continuous improvement and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, optimize workflows, and validate system integrations.
- Document test cases, results, and QA best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.




- Participate in project planning and provide QA insights for new supply chain initiatives and system enhancements.
- Monitor and report on supply chain system performance and quality metrics.

Skill Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM modules and warehouse/logistics integration.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute regression and integration test suites.
- Experience with QA tools, automation frameworks, and defect management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with high-value, serialized stock inventory concepts.

Other Requirements (Optional)

- SAP certification (SD/MM or relevant modules) is highly desirable.
- Experience in multinational, fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior exposure to luxury retail or boutique replenishment workflows.
