Reporting To: Regional General Manager (Regional GM)

1. About the Role

Join our Regional Operations team, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, and take an in-depth role in the day-to-day operations of our Overseas Express and Overseas Supply Chain regional networks. This is a high-starting-point internship for Chinese–Spanish bilingual talent seeking a comprehensive understanding of cross-border logistics.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Translation & Communication Support — Provide Chinese–Spanish interpretation and translation for the Regional GM; coordinate day-to-day communication and meeting alignment with central support functions (Quality, Network Planning, DSP, LM, etc.).
2. Data & Reporting Support — Compile operational data and produce daily and weekly reports; support routine operational analysis, including KPI tracking and capacity analysis.
3. Station Coordination — Support the execution of regional operational improvement projects, including customer experience optimization and on-site coordination.
4. General Operations — Handle other administrative and coordination matters related to regional operations.

3. Requirements

1. Currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student; majors in Logistics Management,



Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Spanish, or International Trade preferred.
2. Language: Native-level Chinese and professional working proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to draft business correspondence and provide meeting interpretation. Basic English proficiency preferred.
3. Office Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and common functions); able to produce management presentation materials in PowerPoint. Familiarity with SQL or Power BI is an advantage.
4. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and execution; cross-cultural communication awareness; able to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment and work under pressure.

4. Nice to Have

- Internship experience in the logistics, e-commerce, express delivery, or retail industry.
- Academic or living experience in Spain, with familiarity of the local business environment.
- Exposure to data analysis or operational improvement projects.
