Overview

As IAM Authorization Specialist, you will help shape the security and resilience of Bunge’s global identity infrastructure. You’ll lead AD, Entra ID, and PKI initiatives, solving complex challenges and driving security and automation improvements. You’ll collaborate with Cybersecurity and IT teams and influence technical decisions in a global context. Responsabilidades

- Manage projects and processes for Active Directory, EntraID, and PKI to meet defined goals
- Execute and support on-premises AD, enterprise PKI, and certificate services
- Contribute to small/medium projects and drive process improvements in directory services
- Apply deep knowledge of Directory & Domain Services to tailor solutions and best practices
- Analyze and resolve complex identity infrastructure issues (AD authentication, certificates, trust)
- Contribute to design, implementation, and maintenance of secure directory/domain services




- Provide leadership and technical guidance on Directory & Domain Services
- Drive automation to reduce manual certificate/key management and improve service resiliency

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree with 11–14 years of related experience (or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD) and Domain Management
- Strong PKI knowledge and experience with Microsoft AD CS (CAs, RA, templates, issuance, revocation, trust, CRLs, OCSP)
- Understanding of certificate-based authentication and integration with AD and applications
- Knowledge of security principles for identity infrastructure (least privilege, PAM, auditing)
- Basic knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, and cloud computing
- Understanding of cybersecurity, audit, and compliance for identity systems and key management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead discussions and document complex solutions
- Ability to manage projects with limited oversight
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
