Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will manage customer payments across B2B and DTC channels, ensuring accurate AR records and driving timely cash flow. You’ll collaborate with Front Office, Treasury, and Retail Operations to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes. The role offers exposure to cross-functional projects and automation initiatives within a sustainability-minded, creativity-driven employer. You will help maintain healthy working capital while supporting global payments and reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

- Post Payments (transfers, cash, checks, cards) and reconcile with open items
- Classify payment documents by type and run weekly direct debits
- Prepare weekly payment proposals for rebates and credit notes
- Perform netting between subsidiaries or AP/AR and factoring
- Investigate payment/account discrepancies and unblock invoices




- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Global Payments, and Retail Operations to resolve incidents
- Provide status reports on payment activity and account balances
- Month-End Closing: Aging and DSO reporting
- Prepare export documentation (rotating task)
- Develop/macros or work with Robotics to automate repetitive tasks
- Participate in cross-functional projects and stay updated on AR policies and best practices

Requisitos principales

- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Languages: English and Spanish (Fluent)
- Competencies: OTC processes, Warehouse and logistics processes, Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
