Overview

In this role you steer analytical transfer activities across labs, including method validation/verification and process validation. You lead analytical resources to meet project goals while ensuring GMP/FDA compliance and accurate documentation. You collaborate with RA/QA to address requests and drive continuous improvement in the analytical function. Responsabilidades

- Manage analytical transfers between laboratories (internal and external)
- Oversee methods validation and verification
- Coordinate process validation activities
- Edit and maintain analytical documentation (methods,



specs, protocols, reports)
- Lead analytical team resources to achieve project objectives
- Respond to RA/QA inquiries and analytical questions
- Promote continuous improvement within the analytical area
- Ensure GMP and FDA compliance

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy
- High English level
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in the pharmaceutical industry (drug product)
- Good communicator, proactive, team-building, results-oriented, and with problem-solving skills
