Overview

As an AI-native Product Designer at OLX, you will shape end-to-end product experiences at the intersection of design, code, and AI. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and scalable, production-ready solutions. You’ll prototype with AI tools and contribute to a design system, balancing user needs with business goals. This role offers impact across a fast-moving, customer-led platform with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts to deliver user-centered solutions with end-to-end accountability
- Link design decisions to business outcomes by defining success metrics and running experiments
- Utilize AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code rather than static handoffs
- Build working prototypes and production-ready components, testing with real users and shipping with engineering pair-support
- Design AI-assisted interaction patterns and human-in-the-loop experiences to quality-check AI outputs




- Contribute to Nexus design system by building and maintaining code components for engineering use
- Lead brainstorming sessions and design reviews to articulate rationale with data to stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of UX/Digital Product Design with a portfolio of shipped work and live prototypes
- Demonstrated AI-native mindset with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude
- Proficiency with reading/critique of React/HTML via AI outputs or fluency with no-code tools (Lovable)
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles in fast-moving, iterative development
- Strong systems thinking for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences and end-to-end journeys
- Team spirit with willingness to support the best idea and contribute hands-on
- Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross-functional influence
