Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of companies and lead a small team within Citco’s Global Subsidiary Governance Services. You will ensure timely delivery of account activities, supervise staff, and train on procedures related to incorporations and KYC, risk, and Citco policies. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines while upholding compliance standards. This is a hands-on leadership position in a professional services environment that values accuracy, collaboration, and service excellence. You will influence how the team executes corporate secretarial duties in a complex regulatory landscape and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Responsabilidades

- Manage a large portfolio of companies and supervise three or more staff
- Coordinate and delegate client requests to staff and monitor progress
- Ensure time-writing targets are met and train staff on procedures
- Train staff on BVI Business Companies procedures and related processes




- Attend and lead Account Managers’ and staff meetings
- Monitor KYC information collection and accounts receivable
- Ensure adherence to Citco risk policies across the business
- Oversee staff attendance and time recording
- Perform annual staff appraisals
- Identify training needs and liaise with Managing Director
- Manage various projects with strict deadlines

Requisitos principales

- Chartered Secretary or degree in Law, Business, or similar qualification
- At least three years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Computer literate with mandatory Microsoft Word knowledge
- Familiar with Citco services across offices and operational procedures
- Knowledge of IBI/BVIBC Acts and Citco policies (KYC, Risk, Group)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret basic financial data
- Professional attitude and commercial acumen
- Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle heavy workload
