Today, we are 90+ people, serve 1000+ customers, raised €15.2M (pre-seed and seed round) and are expanding internationally.
We are building the financial operating system for construction: bringing AI, automation and modern software to an enormous industry still full of slow, fragmented processes.
We are looking for a Product Engineer who sits right between engineering and product: someone who writes production code, talks to customers and helps decide what is worth building in the first place.
Turn real customer problems into product that ships, owning both what we build and how we build it.
Talk to customers, understand how construction companies really work and turn what you hear into clear product decisions.
Build across the stack in TypeScript, Next.js, React and Postgres, shipping fast and iterating on feedback.
Work side by side with Design, Engineering, AI and Customer teams, so everyone knows why we are building something.
Look at data and usage to decide what to improve, what to cut and what comes next.

You have built product in a startup or scaleup, ideally in the €3M to €30M growth stage, in a role where you both shipped code and shaped product decisions.
You have a solid engineering background: you are comfortable with TypeScript, React, Next.js and Postgres, and you can own a feature from database to UI.
You communicate clearly, in writing and in conversation, with engineers, designers and non technical people alike.
Native Italian or Spanish, plus professional English. Pillar is not for you if you only want to write specs without touching code, or only write code without caring about why it matters.
03 60-min technical conversation with our Product team (Full Stack Engineer + AI Engineer)
AI is part of the product and of how we build it
Close to customers: you will spend real time with the people we build for, alongside Product, AI and Engineering
