Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. You drive new MRR through organic channels, going beyond rankings to impact business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Content, own competitors and a large glossary program, and optimize for AI-powered search visibility. This is a hands-on, data-driven role shaping how Amenitiz is discovered by hoteliers globally.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and execute multi-local SEO strategy across five locales with a focus on France as the core growth market
- Own and optimize competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme across copy, SEO, structured data, and AI visibility
- Manage technical SEO (hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, crawl health) for the Webflow site
- Lead Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)



including FAQ architecture, featured snippets, and People Also Ask coverage
- Drive visibility in AI-powered search by aligning content for citations and recommendations from Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini
- Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush; translate data into actionable priorities
- Collaborate with Content team to ensure SEO, AEO and AI optimization across locales through briefing, review, and iteration

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing with strong on-page and content SEO knowledge
- Solid technical SEO foundations: JSON-LD, scalable hreflang, crawl/indexation troubleshooting
- Comfort working in Webflow or similar CMS without developer support
- Strong analytical mindset linking SEO activity to pipeline and revenue
- Fluency in English; strong written communication
