In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers, while partnering closely with hiring teams across the business. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team that works together to bring the right people into GE Vernova and supports each other to get it right. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer management, and related administrative work
Resolve routine recruitment issues using established procedures, escalating more complex questions to your manager or senior colleagues
Complete accurate data entry and administrative work to keep recruitment systems up to date
Work with your HR colleagues to continuously improve how the team sources and selects talent
Bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma combined with relevant experience in Human Resources, sourcing, or recruiting
Ability to plan, organize, and execute recruitment programs
Experience documenting and marketing recruitment programs or processes
