For one of our main clients located in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a RPA Developer to perform the role in the Process Innovation (PI) department.

General Data:

- Type of contract: Indefinite
- Hours: 09:00h. - 18:00h / Flexibility (40 hours)
- Model: On-site
- Location: Madrid- Spain
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary range : 35K-40K

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and implement RPA solutions to streamline business processes.
- Maintain, monitor and optimize existing automations, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate business workflows.

Essential Requirements:

- At least 2 years of professional experience in RPA development.
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Python ,



Microsoft Power Automate (strongly preferred), Automation Anywhere (AA) or UiPath
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of agentic AI, AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Excel macros and VBA.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Familiarity with error handling, version control and software development best practices.
