We're recruiting on behalf of a leading integral manufacturer of electrical and electronic technologies, looking to expand its commercial presence across Iberia.

With an established international reputation and a diverse product portfolio spanning relays, electrical switching and control, power electronics, connectivity and industrial applications, our client is investing in an additional Sales professional to support continued regional growth.

This isn't an account maintenance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing new business, identifying opportunities and winning new customers.

The Opportunity

- Develop new OEM business across Spain and Portugal.
- Drive regional growth, with a minimum target of 10%.
- Identify new customers, applications and design-in opportunities.
- Build relationships with engineering, R&D;, technical and procurement teams.
- Promote a broad portfolio of electrical and electronic technologies.
- Work alongside an existing regional colleague to expand market coverage.

What We're Looking For




- A technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Sales experience within electrical, electronic, electromechanical, industrial control, power electronics or associated technologies.
- A genuine hunter mentality and proven ability to develop new business.
- Experience selling directly to OEMs rather than predominantly through distribution.
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial drive.
- Based anywhere in Spain, with the flexibility to travel across Iberia.
