Administrative and Office Assistant

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

Office Management

- Act as a key point of contact within the office, providing administrative support and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

- Handle incoming calls and provide support to different departments as required.

- Create and follow up on support tickets in Freshdesk.

- Manage shared email inboxes and assist with internal communications.

- Coordinate business travel and accommodation arrangements for management.

- Manage orders for office supplies and materials.





- Take responsibility for all meeting logistics, including client visits and training sessions.

Sales Support

- Prepare quotations for work orders (OTs), send them to clients and follow up using Excel, Freshdesk and GIC.

- Manage the planning and organisation of subsidised training programmes.

- Provide support with invoice documentation in Sage.

- Act as a point of contact for clients when issues arise, managing support tickets and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.

Human Resources Support

- Actively participate in organising internal activities, team-building events and initiatives that strengthen our company culture.

- Assist in preparing key events such as Christmas celebrations, special company events and offsites.
