Currently for our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Finance Controller Mission Your mission will be to develop, produce the relevant financial information and analysis for proper management control of the business unit under your charge, preparing the action plans, most appropriate strategies and acting as a link between management and the corresponding department. Functions

- Provide the management team with the necessary reports/instruments for decision-making and correct business management with the aim of supporting them in achieving operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the quality of information by actively participating in the preparation of management reports and indicators, designing and participating in the creation of dashboards.
- Financial modeling of the annual budget, the medium-term plan and the monthly re-forecast.
- Coordination and control of information and its collection,



distribution and supervision systems. Recurring analysis of the accounting, financial and operational results of your business unit.
- Measure, predict and prevent future deviations or crises. That is, analyze both past strategies and decisions, control those that are being carried out and prepare future ones. Proposal of action plans and corrective measures.
- Preparation of key reports and indicators, converting corporate objectives into measurable parameters to accurately know the results obtained. Analysis of the management KPI's and economic-financial KFI's of the area.
- Monitoring of the market to which your function applies and applicable regulation.
- Accounting-financial management control (analytical accounting, cost control, deviation analysis...).
- Monitoring of cash and profitability indicators (cash flow, net debt, ROCE, etc).
- Coordinate fluid communication with management through reporting and creation of clear dashboards.

Minimum requirements

- University degree in ADE, Economics, Engineering with organizational specialty, or similar.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as Controller, FP&A; (Consulting/Audit), with experience in the energy sector.
- Extensive command of spreadsheets and office 365
- Specific software: SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
- High level of English (C1)
- Teamwork and leadership: the role demands the highest standards of leadership in the management of multidisciplinary teams from all areas of the organization.
