? What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / QA Engineering Lead with a solid technical background and experience in test automation, capable of driving the evolution of the software quality strategy. We are not looking for a traditional QA profile focused solely on manual testing or coordination. We want a person with an engineering vision, analytical capacity and technical criteria, who can work directly with developers and architects, identify root problems and propose improvements that prevent recurrent errors.

? What will be your responsibilities?

- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies.
- Develop and evolve the automation of functional and integration tests.
- Perform testing of REST APIs, microservices, Kafka and messaging systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze complex incidents, identifying their root cause and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with development, architecture and business teams to improve quality from the early stages.
- Participate in technical and code reviews, detecting possible design problems.
- Define best practices, standards and quality strategies.
- Drive the evolution from manual testing models towards QA Engineering and automation approaches.




- Contribute to improving the quality maturity of the teams and the technological environment.

✅ What do we need?

- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in QA Engineering, preferably in complex technological environments.
- Solid experience in test automation and testing strategy design.
- Knowledge of Java, with the ability to understand and review code.
- Experience in testing REST APIs, microservices and distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of Kafka and messaging systems.
- Experience integrating tests in CI/CD environments.
- Ability to analyze data and validate processes that integrate information from different systems.
- Experience working with engineering teams under Agile methodologies.
- Ability to identify technical problems and propose improvements beyond test execution.

⭐ We will especially value

- Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture.
- Experience transforming manual testing models into automated strategies.
- Experience in banking, risk, data or distributed platform environments.
- Participation in the definition of standards and quality governance.
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Certifications such as: ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer. ISTQB Test Analyst / Technical Test Analyst. Certified Agile Tester (CAT). Azure Fundamentals / Azure DevOps Engineer.
