What are we looking for? At Babel we are looking for Enterprise Architect profiles to participate in technological transformation projects within the corporate and investment banking sector. We are looking for a person with a global vision of architecture, capable of analyzing complex technological environments, defining target architectures and accompanying the evolution of applications, platforms and business capabilities.

Your mission

You will work with technology and business teams to design reference architectures, identify improvement and consolidation opportunities, and transform architectural decisions into concrete initiatives. You will participate in the analysis of application, data, integration, cloud and platform ecosystems, proposing solutions that help simplify, modernize and evolve the technological environment. You will also collaborate in the evaluation of technological alternatives, market solutions and transformation strategies, preparing clear recommendations for decision-making.

What are we looking for?

- Experience in technological architecture, digital transformation or modernization of complex environments.




- Knowledge or experience in CIB, wholesale banking or financial environment.
- Ability to define target architectures and analyze the impact on applications, data, integration and platforms.
- Ability to work with technological and business interlocutors of different levels.
- Professional level of English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical mindset, results orientation and ability to communicate proposals clearly.

Valued

- Experience in application rationalization, platform consolidation or technological modernization.
- Knowledge of cloud, integration, cybersecurity, resilience or technological governance.
- Experience working with large application portfolios.
- Participation in general or multi-domain transformation initiatives.

Additional Information

- Hybrid position in Madrid: it will be necessary to go to the office some days a week.
- Availability to travel occasionally is required if the project requires it.
- Incorporation into a specialized team, in an international and high-impact technological environment.
