- Follow up on project progress and coordinate information exchange between teams and users
- Support the management of funded technology development projects led by Core Technologies (e.g. infrastructure and collaborative projects), including follow-up of milestones, deliverables and compliance with funder requirements

- Organise project and user meetings and workshops to align Technology Units, users and partners

Funding opportunities and project development

- Identify and monitor new funding opportunities for the Core Technologies Programme, including competitive grants, infrastructure funding calls and other national and international funding schemes
- Identify opportunities for collaborative projects with research institutions, hospitals, technology providers and companies
- Contribute to the preparation and writing of project proposals supporting the acquisition of new technologies, the development of innovative applications and the Programme’s technological capabilities
- Develop strategies for the valorisation of technology developments and project results, in collaboration with TBDO

External users and industry relations

- Act as a point of contact and facilitate coordination with external academic users and companies interested in accessing Core Technologies services, particularly for integrated projects involving multiple units
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials on the Programme’s technologies, capabilities and achievements for visits from other institutions and for visits by the Head of Core Technologies to other institutions
