Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Project Manager

You will be part of a digital team where you will design, develop and enhance solutions already operating in production environments, tackling real-world challenges alongside a multidisciplinary team. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE? Define and maintain the project plan, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional and technical consultants, Power BI, Power Platform, integration teams, and business areas. Manage risks, dependencies, budget, team capacity, and potential scope changes. Establish and maintain the project governance model, including committees, reporting, KPIs, escalation processes, and decision-making mechanisms. Oversee the different implementation phases: analysis, design, development, testing, migration, training, deployment, and post-production support. Coordinate Dynamics 365 integrations with CRM, SAP, HR systems, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems. Ensure effective change management, solution adoption, and knowledge transfer to the teams. Organise the support model, monitoring SLAs and prioritising incidents and enhancements. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification, preferably in a technology-related field.



At least six years of experience managing Dynamics 365 projects. Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Experience coordinating functional, technical, and business teams.
