At Create Value Global, on behalf of our client, a renowned Madrid-based interior design and architecture studio specializing in luxury residential and hospitality projects both nationally and internationally, we are looking for top talent to join as:

Senior Architect (Hospitality)

? Location: Madrid, Spain | On-site

⏰ Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as an Architect in high-end residential and hospitality interior design. Minimum of 3 years within design studios.
- Languages: Advanced English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and strong experience coordinating with 3D/rendering teams.
- Leadership: Proven track record in team management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of luxury interior design projects across all stages (from Concept Design and Detailed Design to site supervision).




- Direct client management and leadership, guiding decision-making with strong aesthetic sensibility and professional judgment.
- Coordination and mentoring of the assigned internal team (2 to 3 junior profiles).
- Management of the rendering phase alongside the 3D visualization team.
- Overall project tracking and site supervision to ensure seamless execution.

Benefits:

- Compensation: €45,000 – €50,000 gross/year (commensurate with experience) + performance bonus.
- Flexibility & Perks: Adaptable schedule Monday to Thursday, and intensive hours on Fridays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with the option to work remotely.
