to spearhead key deployment projects. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Spain. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecommunication network projects, including fiber optics and wireless infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire project lifecycle for telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Manage cross-functional teams, including field technicians, engineers, and vendors.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Oversee site acquisition, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

Implement best practices in project management for telecom infrastructure.

Monitor project performance using key metrics and reporting tools.





Manage vendor performance and contract negotiations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Significant experience (5+ years) in project management within the telecommunications industry, focusing on infrastructure deployment.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex telecom projects.

Strong knowledge of fiber optic, wireless, and mobile network technologies.

Experience managing remote teams and distributed project resources.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and collaboration tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
